I am a driven, result oriented, initiative taking and hard working person. I find that working with coaching, motivation and inspiration is a crucial part in people’s personal and professional development. Myself included. I continuously search and ask for feedback in order to become even better at what I do and the person I want to become. My professional motivation, passion and drive is to solve puzzles. My belief is that all puzzles can be solved and I work hard to find the most efficient and best solutions and I never give up. I also find that it is important to work together in the process of finding solutions. I do not have the whole picture of the challange ahead or all the necessary knowledge of the task at hand and to be able to perform the best result and quality it is important to cooperate with others. My best personal quality is that I learn very fast and that I always think outside the box. I am a creative person and that allows me to see other perspectives. This contributes to finding solutions that others may have missed.
