About Daniel Pham

I'm an Engineering Manager with 8 years of software management experience working across two World class software companies. I have managed multiple engineering teams and built an engineering team from the ground up. These teams have internal and external stakeholders which drive and prioritize their products, services, and engagements. My management style is built on the technical skills, relationships, and processes I’ve built over 9 years as a software engineer within the Salesforce ecosystem. These experiences cover developer support, quality engineering, testing automation, and product development work using Java, and cloud based infrastructure on AWS. My time at Workday allowed me to experience joy in the birth of a new engineering team along with the ebbs and flows of establishing a roadmap, engineering goals, standard practices, and vision in the landscape of Workday Studio Integrations. As an engineering manager, I have leveraged scrum and agile concepts to provide a sense of controlled chaos. I have overseen the stabilization, retention, and growth of these teams through honest and sincere guidance and direction. I have hiring experience across all of the engineering teams I’ve managed and include career development as part of my responsibilities to these engineers. I collaborate with Product Management to establish a vision, priorities, and roadmap for these teams. I am always seeking ways to make a positive and meaningful impact on an organization.
