With over 20 years of global drug development leadership experience, I have dedicated my career to advancing clinical operations and improving trial outcomes. My expertise spans all phases of research (I-IV) in both CRO and pharmaceutical organizations. As a transformational leader, I have guided diverse teams and departments, consistently driving 15-20% year-over-year growth. Most Recently, I served as the Senior Director of Clinical Operations at Alimentiv, where I provide strategic leadership across multiple departments, including Monitoring, Site Management, Site Networks, Logistics, TMF Operations, Clinical Study Insights, Quality, and Training. My strategic initiatives focused on new, value creating services, and included the adoption and implementation of Veeva Vault eTMF, the launch of Alimentiv Forte for RBQM, Centralized RBSM and the creation of a CRA Development Track that significantly improved retention and quality outcomes. My extensive knowledge in Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM), Quality by Design (QbD), LEAN Six Sigma, and Change Management has allowed me to implement innovative strategies that enhance trial efficiency and data quality. I am passionate about furthering the voice of the site and patient in clinical research, ensuring that their perspectives are integral to improving trial outcomes and patient satisfaction. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed and collaborated with cross-functional teams, driven process improvement initiatives, and maintained compliance with regulatory standards. My academic background includes an MBA in the Management of Technology and Innovation from the Ted Rogers School of Business at Ryerson University, a Post Graduate Certificate in Clinical Research from Humber College, and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Neuroscience from Royal Holloway, University of London.
