A highly motivated safety professional (WSHO) with 10 years of experience with CBRE (Oil & Gas Industry), Alstom Transport (track work Construction industry) and Singapore Armed Forces (Medical/ Military Industry). I manage the overall safety for ExxonMobil Maintenance Program for Petrol Kiosks including maintenance contractors and General Contractors (Contract Sum of S$15m Annually). I lead a team of 5 that manage the full aspects (Finance, Procurement, Operation, SSHE, Projects) of the maintenance program with 150 ground workforce with zero fatality, zero life-altering events and zero fines from authorities. I managed the overall safety for LTA’s Downtown line 1, 2 and Depot ($260m), SMRT’s Sleepers Replacement project ($29m) and Conductor Rail Replacement project ($40m). I lead a team of 7 that supervises the overall Environment, Health and Safety aspects of 600 workers with zero fatality, zero severe accident and zero fines from authorities. I had 8 years of experience with Singapore Armed Forces (Military Healthcare industry) managing all Health, Safety and Environment aspect of the medical Centre operations.
