About Daniel Pondo

Served my articles as a Candidate Legal Practitioner at Legal Aid South Africa. I have been involved in various aspects of Criminal and civil litigation, such as consulting with clients, drafting pleas or representations, legal research and advice, file management, and data capture, trial presentation and trial advocacy. I have gained valuable experience and skills in representing and assisting clients who cannot afford private legal services, and in advocating for their rights and interests in the justice system. I hold a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of South Africa, which I completed in 2021. During my studies, I also obtained a certificate in law, and co-founded two initiatives: Power Hour Youth Ministry SA and Russian Connexion Chess Club. I am passionate about contributing to the economy and the legal fraternity of the country, and I have a five-year plan to be admitted as an Attorney of the High Court, to pursue a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in banking law or corporate law, and to become an admitted Company Secretary. I am a dynamic and holistic thinker, a public speaker, and a team player, who can work under pressure and create a harmonious and productive work environment.
