RETAIL NETWORK MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT: lead a retail network of 30 stores in Vodafone Romania, totaling a number of 13 store managers, 100 sales representatives; opened-up 15 stores, integrated 15 partner stores; optimized network: relocated, closed down underperforming stores. B2B SALES DEVELOPMENT: Obtained Excellency Award in 2008 for results in B2B sales – overachieved target by 30% in an area where market share was under 10%; increased market share by 5%; obtained 25% increase in B2B sales volumes, due to excellent and complete account management process in stores; business customers were very satisfied – 10-15% increase in satisfaction scores (Net Promoter Score). COST OPTIMIZATION: Initiated and implemented project across the whole country to reduce costs associated with redundant printed communication materials, prioritize communication materials according to sales volume and number of stores – cost saving of over 20% of annual communication budget; product & service catalogues were made instead, with direct impact in sales increase. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Obtained data sales increase of 60% in 1 ½ years: the mobile voice market was saturated, concentrated on selling existing data product, which the market was not fully aware of. Identified and used influencers which started to promote the product. Lead the sales team to become aware and start recommending the product, created internal contest for sales team. GROWTH AND PROFITABILITY INCREASE: Severely negative P&L upon taking over the area; reached break-even in 3 years, positive P&L in the 4th year; monitored and optimized costs, generated alternative income sources, created communication packages, up-selling & cross-selling.
