Operations and technology executive with over 20 years of experience across the SMT, manufacturing, and automation industries. I spent the first decade of my career in a global EMS manufacturing company, where I led an engineering team focused on optimizing SMT production lines. Using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies, we redesigned entire lines to improve throughput and output quality, delivering multiple high-impact projects that resulted in multi-million dollar cost savings. In the following decade, I’ve been growing within a commercial technology company, combining my technical background with business execution. My role has gradually expanded to include responsibility for sales operations, team leadership, customer satisfaction, and internal processes. I’ve always preferred growing within an organization rather than changing employers to advance. Staying and evolving in one place has allowed me to build deeper relationships, understand the business at its core, and contribute to improvements that have a lasting impact. I approach problems by breaking them down, understanding what really matters, and finding solutions that are both simple and effective. I bring a calm, structured approach that helps teams stay focused, solve problems, and move forward with confidence.
