Experienced Business Analyst, focused on delivering results within tight timescales. 15 years Financial Services experience within Mortgages, Life and Pensions for Aviva (Formerly Friends Life), Lloyds Banking Group, Capita, Zurich Financial Services, Threadneedle Asset Management and Bristol & West. Currently working as a Finance Business Analyst/ SME on the Lloyds Banking Group One Ledger Programme which involves migrating multiple ledgers onto the Oracle Fusion Cloud based platform. In my previous Aviva (Friends Life) role, I have worked on the GL Integration project (Reporting), SII programme (Asset Data), Working Day Timetable Project (Part of SII Development Plan to accelerate timelines for IFRS, SII, Pillar and Group Reporting for UK Territories [Friends Life]) and implemented a Part VII Insurance Business Transfer. Prior to the current Aviva (Friends Life) roles, for the previous 5 years, I have worked as a Finance Business Analyst on IT Programmes responsible for gathering, analysing and documenting requirements, leading to a tailored IT solution, which included the production of functional specification documents. In addition, I have extensive experience of Test, Defect and Incident Management, including Test analyst work and have been responsible for leading Finance testing on data migrations and system implementations. Testing scope has included Downstream testing, Proving Cycles, Dress Rehearsals, Trial Account Migrations and Migration Weekends. I have a proven track record of migrations, systems implementation and delivery, and am highly customer focused. I am used to communicating at a high level with senior customers and strategic suppliers. I have successfully utilised workshops in the past to gather requirements for BACS payment solutions, cheque payment processes and various financial interfaces in addition to E2E test cycle and migration event planning.
