As the Vice President of Agency Operations at Althans Insurance, I oversee the strategic direction, growth, and profitability of one of the largest independent insurance agencies in Ohio. With over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, I have earned the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI) credentials, and developed a deep expertise in commercial underwriting, risk management, and client relations. My passion for insurance stems from my family legacy and my desire to help people protect their assets and livelihoods. I started my career at the Preston Agency, a successful family-owned business in Rhode Island, where I learned the ropes of the industry and the values of integrity, service, and excellence. After a personal and professional detour that allowed me to explore other fields of interest, I returned to insurance in 2014 and joined Althans Insurance in 2020, where I continue to uphold those values and deliver exceptional results for our clients and partners.
