With over 15+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, I am a seasoned engineering project manager who leads the implementation of major projects that drive business performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction. I am passionate about improving functionality, efficiency, and quality in facility construction, and I hold the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. I enjoy working with diverse and talented teams at Yellow, a leading transportation and logistics company, and I strive to mentor, develop, and empower others to achieve their goals.In my current role, I oversee the execution of complex projects across multiple locations. I am also a change management leader who serves as a bridge between executive level direction and operational delivery, communicating effectively and holding myself and others accountable throughout the process. Some of my achievements include mentoring 50+ management teams, analyzing and redirecting facilities with operational deficiencies, and managing a portfolio of projects with a total budget of over $100 million.
