Delivered multiple projects from concept phase to production as a Product Manager for Horizon 2 and 3 innovations. Currently active projects in the areas of sustainable finance, DeFi, Confidential Computing and Longevity / Wholesome Living - Coached 500+ people in internal Entrepreneurship Training Programs and Innovation Workshops - Grew own Start-up company to 100+ clients, introduced financially sustainable business and revenue model to the market, led pre-seed and seed investment rounds as COO and CPO and board member with responsibilities in the field of: a) Business lead and project manager for software development and data science projects b) Coordination role between customer requirements / client needs, UX/UI, product strategy and software development (e.g. customer requirement analysis, gathering of business requirements, preparation of sprint plannings, reviews with customers) c) Team-Lead of five-person team in a remote setting: i) Support of multiple other areas (e.g. UX-Design (using Figma and Miro), ii)finance- and investor-related topics, moderation of agile ceremonies - Delivered multiple projects and innovation workshops as consultant in agile transformation and digital business Ecosystems, during my PhD on Agile Transformation.( especially SAFe, but also Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, agile innovation management etc.).
