Responsible for providing technical support related to Ennis-Flint products, services, and processes on behalf of our customers (contractors; state, county, and municipal governmental agencies; the sales and marketing department; Research and Development; and our manufacturing department. This is done either through direct involvement or through directing the work of others. • Assist customers in resolving product related issues Assist customers with the installation of Ennis Flint products to achieve optimum performance. • Provide training to our customers in “Best Practices” for the handling, storage, and application of Ennis-Flint traffic marking products. • Assist the sales department with product installation demos and new product introductions. • Assist R&D with the installation and testing of developmental products. • Conduct customer complaint investigations that lead to determination of root cause and necessary corrective actions. • Assist in the installation of official test decks and test projects for product qualification by state DOT’s and other authorizing agencies. This may require coordinating the equipment and manpower requirements for the related test deck or project. • Perform follow up evaluations of active test decks / projects including written reports for use by sales and product management to promote EF products and competitive product intelligence.
