I'm a big nerd who loves to learn about all things related to technology, and enjoys expanding my horizons. I love helping others, and sharing knowledge. I'm a very empathetic person who's always willing to help my coworkers, and enjoys learning new skills. During my time at Circana, I have provided Level 1 support to a diverse user base of over users (both internal users and clients). I achieved an uptime rate of 99.95% for all enterprise infrastructure to ensure a highly reliable IT environment. My problem-solving skills enabled me to maintain an impeccable track record of resolving 100% of assigned tickets. I continued to excel when assuming a leadership role in the team's transition to virtual tape storage while collaborating closely with other departments on the project's successful rollout.
