My mission is to coordinate and create project plans for various departments to identify and implement opportunities to increase productivity, efficiency, and quality through equipment modification, labor reduction, and operator input. I also oversee the compliance and enforcement activities of the organization, conducting statistical analyses and research, reviewing and evaluating materials, and creating and editing department correspondence.
