My journey in technology and leadership has been shaped by unique experiences, a commitment to excellence, and a genuine passion for building systems and teams that thrive. With a background in Civil Engineering from the Mapua Institute of Technology and a degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from Centro Escolar University, I’ve developed a blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking that has guided my career. These academic foundations, combined with real-world experiences, have given me the ability to approach challenges with a balanced perspective—practical, innovative, and results-driven. What I’m most proud of professionally is the team I’ve built and nurtured. At its core, leadership is about empowering people—not just by giving them tasks, but by creating an environment where they can grow, take bold steps, and thrive. By focusing on character during hiring and ensuring continuous training and support, I’ve built a team that’s confident, collaborative, and committed. Personally, I value trust and integrity above all else. These values guide me as a leader and as a person. Whether it’s solving complex technical challenges, mentoring team members, or simply being present for my family, I believe in doing things with purpose and heart. Outside of work, my greatest joy comes from my family. As a husband and father to two sons, I find balance and inspiration in the time I spend with them. They remind me why resilience and trust matter, not just in my career but in life.
