Dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in construction and technical operations, backed by over 15 years of hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, and carpentry work. Following a service-related back injury, I pivoted from fieldwork to administrative coordination focused on safety and compliance, earning my Bachelor's degree and building a reputation of supporting cross-functional teams in construction and technical environments. Proven track record in the development, implementation, and oversight of EHS programs, and committed to promoting a safe and healthy workplace through proactive risk management, communication, and continuous improvement. During my 8 years with the U.S. Coast Guard as an Electrician's Mate, I supported logistics commands, further developing my technical and leadership skills. I graduated from San Diego State University in May 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, enhancing my understanding of business operations and strategy. I am proficient in troubleshooting, risk management, leadership, compliance, data analysis, organization, time management, asset tracking, and adaptability.
