About Daniel Reckman

Daniel Edward Reckman is an energetic, engaging, and dynamic leader who can offer many inter-personal intangibles on top of his impressive resume of skills. He understands team involvement and the importance of each individual's strengths and weaknesses as well as how the team members can better work to achieve a common goal. During his tenure in Texas as the only employee on site representing the general contractor, he truly learned the meaning behind the adage "A Company Is Nothing More Than Its People". Mr. Reckman is a versatile asset and a positive addition to any team. Daniel brings almost ten (10) years of Project Management and Project Engineering expertise supplying application-specific conveyor systems to various industries, as well as two (2) years on-site construction management experience. Regarding the latter he coordinated with a multitude of stakeholders, including power plant owner representatives, engineers, construction management representatives, federal regulators, office personnel, and the men and women that made up the labor force for the many trade skills involved. Regarding his years in the conveyor business, Daniel has overseen every stage of these projects, from pre-bid meetings and proposals to post-commissioning warranty satisfaction. His exposure to projects ranging from small equipment allocations to large $15 million construction contracts wherein he coordinated work between dozens of subcontractors gives any employer confidence that he can and will do the "dirty work" to see a job to completion. Finally, his enrollment as an Engineer-In-Training since 2010 qualifies him to pursue a Professional Engineering license if so desired.
