About Daniel Reilly

Currently, I am working for Vanguard as an Investment Solutions Consultant. Prior to this role, I was an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) Development Lead at Change Healthcare. In this role, I utilized knowledge and experience of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) development practices to lead three different scrum teams as Scrum Master for our "Customer Facing Applications" program to establish data ingestion, modeling, and BI analytics best practices. Additionally, I helped lead and deliver EDW strategic technology development initiatives. During my time with Change Healthcare, I also completed the Accelerated Development Program (ADP). Through this two year program, I completed four rotations within multiple business units in varying locations across the country. Ultimately, this experience helped me create strong company knowledge along with development of key business and leadership skills which, in turn, will accelerate my ability to pursue leadership opportunities. Additionally, I am a BBA graduate from the University of Michigan Ross Business School with emphases in Finance and Corporate Strategy. Throughout my undergraduate degree, I gained exposure to many diverse opportunities and challenges that have helped me succeed today. I coupled my coursework and curriculum with internship opportunities in Healthcare, Technology, and an abroad work experience in support of international Financial Services.
