Experienced Human Resources Generalist and Recruiter with a demonstrated history of working in the manufacturing industry.I have spent 10 years on the production side of the manufacturing industry, even founding/operating my own small manufacturing business for 2 years, before earning my BS in Human Resource Management and moving into various HR roles: from Recruiter, to Generalist, to Recruiting Specialist within the Talent Acquisition realm. I am experienced in recruiting, non-union employee-relations, investigations, onboarding/offboarding, and even have experience in some aspects of payroll.I never shy away from a challenge; in fact, they energize me. I am teachable and extroverted. I do well in both team-oriented environments and on solo assignments. I am skilled in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and some Oracle products.To me, challenge is the spice of life. I welcome any challenge that pushes me to new heights helping me to realize my full potential.
