Provides progressive and in-depth legal analysis and thought leadership in emerging areas of environmental and land use law. Leads multifunctional teams - including business stakeholders, engineering professionals and technical consultants - to plan and implement complex development plans while maximizing project value. Formulates mitigation measures to address legal and environmental issues in areas such as wetlands, traffic, aesthetics, wildlife, historic and archaeological resources, noise, air, and stormwater management.
