About Daniel Richter

Commercially oriented professional with a consultative attitude, strong analytical depth, and an adaptive approach to organizational leadership. Currently driving operational excellence within the corporate real estate sector, my core focus centers on the Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) agenda and robust Site Security management. I combine a self-driven, conceptual mindset with creative problem-solving to protect organizational assets, mitigate institutional risks, and champion workplace well-being. My background is anchored in cross-industry project management, most recently demonstrated by leading the complex colocation project that successfully integrated two distinct business divisions into a single, highly optimized workplace. By merging technical compliance (BOZP and fire safety) with modern facility and fleet operations, I transform corporate environments into safe, agile, and collaborative hubs. I thrive at the intersection of regulatory governance and strategic execution, continuously building cultures of safety while maximizing operational efficiency.
