About Daniel Robinson

As Vice President of Corporate Technology Services at Uniper, I lead global teams in delivering and optimizing mission-critical IT infrastructure and application services across the organization. My role encompasses strategic and operational ownership of enterprise platforms such as SharePoint, OneDrive, File Services, and Uniper’s Social Intranet, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of key corporate functions including COIT, CCGR, Audit, Legal, Tax, and Risk. I drive enterprise-wide initiatives focused on IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance, upholding high standards for data protection, system resilience, and service excellence. My role also includes managing global supplier ecosystems, negotiating complex service agreements, and aligning IT delivery with business strategy and regulatory requirements. I recently assumed leadership of Uniper’s M&A IT team, expanding my role to include end-to-end management of IT workstreams across mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and other strategic transactions. In this capacity, I ensure seamless technology integration, carve-out readiness, and IT due diligence driving alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities. My approach is grounded in operational continuity, scalability, and proactive stakeholder engagement.
