I began my career in 2006 as a UK-qualified lawyer, gaining a rigorous grounding in legal processes before transitioning to focus on international business strategy and cross-border transactions. This early pivot sparked a global career that has spanned North America, Europe, and Asia, equipping me with deep cultural fluency and a solutions-first mindset that informs every engagement. In 2008, I declined an offer from MIT as a Kaufmann Scholar to pursue entrepreneurial opportunities—a decision that led to the founding of UQG in 2020. Under my leadership, UQG has become a regulated, multi-jurisdictional platform operating in four countries, offering a next-generation Business Operating System (bOS) that empowers organisations with seamless, compliant, and scalable financial services. In 2024, UQG achieved over year-on-year revenue growth—a testament to our team's relentless focus on innovation, execution, and client success. As a national award-winning executive, I am proud to lead a company recognised for redefining how global businesses access infrastructure and opportunity. Alongside UQG, I serve as Co-Founder and Executive Director of The Carbon Foundation, a pioneering initiative transforming global carbon markets through regulatory-grade infrastructure, sovereign partnerships, and carbon credits. Our work is rooted in transparency, legal integrity, and measurable climate outcomes. Through clearly defined technological and operational systems, we empower communities—especially in underserved regions—to access climate finance, drive sustainable development, and participate meaningfully in the carbon economy. I also contribute my expertise to national blockchain committees, advising on governance frameworks, compliance standards, and digital transformation policy at the intersection of finance, law, and emerging technology.
