Senior Account Representative with over 17 years of experience in the health insurance industry. Proven ability to provide excellent customer service, manage and administer customer accounts, and develop new customer service processes. I assist 100’s of customers daily and help manage and administer their health insurance coverage. I am a mentor to my colleagues and the go to person for getting tasks done. I am the one who will make the team laugh as well as the one who will spend extra time showing a coworker a new task or helping proof-read an email. I have a chocolate Labrador that keeps me busy most days and I raise a highschooler. I enjoy seeing live music and discovering vinyl. I am busy learning a 2nd and 3rd language and soon I hope to study abroad and get some more stamps in my Passport. I am currently pursuing my higher education with the goal of soon having my bachelor's degree and then a master's degree.
