As a System Engineer at BETA Technologies, I do propulsion system development for next-generation eVTOL and eCTOL electric aircraft. I design and optimize electric motor systems, controllers, and power distribution architecture—ensuring performance, safety, and certification compliance (FAA Part 33). From system-level modeling and simulation to ground and flight testing, I work at the intersection of electrification and aerospace innovation.Before joining BETA, I spent over two years at Bobcat Company, where I led the technical development of the T7X and S7X all-electric skid steers—the industry's first of their kind. I guided these programs from concept through production, shaping EV strategy, defining system architecture, and delivering high-performance solutions to market. That work established a foundation for electrification across Bobcat's construction equipment portfolio.Prior to Bobcat, I spent nearly 10 years at Moog Inc, where I built deep expertise across multiple domains. I served as lead systems engineer on Bobcat's T7X/S7X prototype and early development phases, oversaw EV platform development for construction equipment (skid steers, wheel loaders, excavators), and provided global technical support for systems in wind energy, flight simulators, and electric vehicles. My time at Moog—spanning roles in Brazil, Germany, and the U.S—shaped my ability to lead complex, multi-site programs and deliver innovative electrification solutions.With over 20 years of experience in electrical and systems engineering, I've worked across diverse sectors and geographies—including Brazil, Germany, and the U.S—delivering innovation in electric vehicles, wind energy, automation, IoT, and industrial systems.
