About Daniel Rosario

Having led the team that founded freelancing operations at CACTUS, I’ve discovered first-hand the value of working with the best talent from across the globe. I’ve managed various editorial functions at CACTUS, including an in-house team of 20 academic editors (2004-2007), 200+ freelance specialist editors (2008-2011), and the quality and training department (2011-2013) before heading CACTUS’ translation department from 2013-2015. Talent acquisition is my latest passion – My team is chiefly concerned with engaging academic editors and translators, both full-time and freelance, to collaborate with CACTUS in our mission to help researchers publish their findings. CACTUS currently engages more than 2,500 freelancers and telecommuters, and we offer over a hundred new opportunities each month.
