About Daniel Rubinshteyn

Since graduating high school, I spent my career learning the ins and outs of real estate transfers and most of its accompanying functions, such as mortgage financing, title transfer and insurance, and appraisals. In addition, I continued to grow and hone my customer service skills, which was one of the factors that allowed me to work my way up to management positions in smaller companies, at one point running the day to day operations at some of them. I've tried my hand at small business throughout the years but never left the industry as a whole; I find my knowledge and experience for this industry to be some of my personal passions. I've been through the process of purchasing/selling a property, financing it, appraising it and titling it from beginning to end, and find my experience to be versatile and helpful in a variety of sectors and positions.
