Background

About Daniel S.

As a Help Desk Manager at Hi-Tek Data, I manage and resolve critical issues for customers, ensuring timely and effective communication and service delivery. I collaborate closely with technical staff to efficiently schedule and handle escalated cases, and I supervise the ticket approval process and timesheet reviews. I also maintain transparent communication channels with the executive team, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any technical staff issues. I have a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from State University of New York College at Old Westbury, and I hold CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications. I have over 1.5 years of experience as a Help Desk Technician at Best Market, where I performed software and hardware support in person and remote, coordinated cable installations and new devices, provided remote network support, and maintained an accurate inventory of IT equipment. I am always trying to learn something new on my home lab, and I am passionate about technical support and customer service.
