About Daniel Sadowsky

I'm a veteran educator with a knack for process efficiency who applies expertise from teaching and nonprofit to solve problems with passion and a human touch. In ten years in the classroom, I created unique tools and extracurricular programs for students to achieve incredible success in school, college, career, and life. I then made the unusual jump to nonprofit leadership at the U.S. Fund for UNICEF. In addition to producing over ten complex curriculum design projects, in my five years as Assistant Director of Education I developed the training, strategic planning, collaboration, social media marketing, communication, and management skills to lead at three more education organizations in recent years. In each position, I found just the right balance between getting more done with less and investing resources into understanding the needs of the diverse individuals I worked with and for. All this with an extreme attention to detail and organization, to boot. Now I am inspired to bring my skills and experience to a new challenge, whether it is in my primary or secondary fields of expertise or something new entirely. I've thrived when transferring skills and adapting were key before: running an interorganization coalition, managing web conferences, leading Toastmasters clubs, and jumping into teaching positions days before the start of a school year.
