Hi, I’m Daniel — a passionate frontend developer, team lead, and lifelong learner. With hands-on experience in frontend engineering and leadership across dynamic, large-scale projects, I specialize in guiding teams toward technical excellence and cohesive collaboration. As a Frontend and QA Team Lead, I oversee cross-functional teams of engineers, both internal and external spread all over Europe, to deliver high-quality success stories. My approach balances strong architectural decision-making and code quality with a focus on mentoring, fostering growth and a positive atmosphere within my teams and the product team. 🤾‍ Outside of work, I’m a dedicated volunteer firefighter, where I contribute to my community in times of need, and I also play on a handball team, embracing the teamwork and resilience that both sports and firefighting demand. These experiences complement my professional life, keeping me focused, disciplined, and ready to take on challenges, whether in the codebase or on the field. 🧠 In addition to my development work, I serve as a part-time lecturer, where I assist students in mastering client-side web development fundamentals and content management systems. By merging hands-on experience with technical guidance, I aim to build both resilient products and skilled developers.
