I’m an IT project manager with a background in infrastructure, systems and ERP delivery. I’ve been doing this for over 15 years, and I’ve learned that most projects aren’t difficult because of the tech; they’re difficult because people are busy, timelines move, and priorities shift without warning. That’s the bit I’m good at managing. I’ve worked across the UK and Europe with finance teams, sales teams, operations, vendors, and the people who mysteriously disappear whenever testing is due. I’ve delivered full ERP migrations, rebuilt networks, moved infrastructure overseas and sorted out the kind of slow-burning IT problems that quietly waste hours every week until someone finally says something. I’ve obtained APM PFQ, CCNA, Checkpoint CCSA qualifications and have a working relationship with Excel that probably needs boundaries. I keep things clear, I don’t overcomplicate the process, and I follow through properly — not just until go-live, but until it’s actually working the way it should.
