As a retired Veteran with over 21 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Air Force and a newly achieved Real Estate License. I bring a unique blend of leadership, operational excellence, and strategic planning to every challenge I tackle. My military career has been marked by managing diverse teams of up to 400+ personnel, overseeing security and law enforcement operations for multi-billion-dollar assets, and driving change in high-stakes, fast-paced environments. Throughout my service, I consistently delivered results, whether improving security and operational protocols, leading crisis response initiatives, or enhancing team readiness and development through training and mentorship. I’m now channeling my leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and operational management experiences in high-pressure environments into a dynamic career in real estate. I’m excited to leverage my extensive background in managing large-scale projects, overseeing diverse teams, and multi-million-dollar assets, thus allowing me to lead, mentor, and coach individuals to help them grow beyond their comfort zones to achieve their long-term goals both professionally and personally. These experiences have given me a unique understanding of the importance of discipline, structure, and strategic thinking, qualities I now bring to my work in the next journey of my life. Now, after completing a DoD SkillBridge program with JBGoodwin Realtors and becoming a licensed Real Estate Agent in Texas, I’m excited to transition into the civilian workforce. I’m eager to leverage my experiences and mindset to drive results in a new industry. Passionate about helping organizations thrive through collaboration, continuous improvement, and a commitment to excellence. Beyond work, I have found joy in exploring the rich Polynesian culture, introduced to me by my wife, enjoying outdoor adventures, cheering on sports teams, or spending quality time with my family.
