Hi, my name is Daniel Sanji (he/him), and I am a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where I studied Psychology, History, and Asian American Studies. I am currently serving as the inaugural lab manager for the Haas Intersectionality, Group Hierarchy, Emotion Research (HIGHER) Lab at UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. My research interests broadly include intersectionality, intergroup behavior, and diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education and the workplace.
