About Daniel Saunders

Daniel has over 22 years of broad experience spanning large scale plantation forestry management, business strategy consulting, post-merger integration, program and transformation management. In his current role as an Executive Program Director and NA Lead for a sizeable community within the Program and Project Management Guild, he drives strategic sales pursuits, leads rescue and turn around programs and supports the 300+ members of the PgM Community. Daniel has consistently driven personal consulting sales in excess of target, with a recent multi-year deal exceeding $15 million in total value. Examples of large programs recently sold and lead include the connection of a Healthcare Provider to its regional ACA exchange, the business model transformation of the Art Department within a global Auction House, and the long term provision of core/flex program management resources to support a major Life Insurer. Daniel’s core strengths include practice leadership and development, communication, sales, and business development. Areas of consulting specialty include strategy execution, portfolio and program delivery, PMO, PMaaS, enterprise agile transformation, and transformation management.
