As the Vice President of Digital Banking at CREALOGIX, I lead a team of over 90 FTEs across Sales, Product Management, Professional Services, Operations, and Finance. I have P&L responsibility for the market units in Switzerland and the UK, with a revenue target of over CHF 25 million. My mission is to create a strong relationship with clients and prospects, negotiate and establish strategic partnerships, and ensuring a high performance organisation. I have a proven track record of overachieving P&L targets, developing new product strategies and roadmaps, and ensuring higher and stable customer satisfaction. I also have experience in building and leading global business units, acquiring new customers and partners, and representing the company externally. I am passionate about driving innovation and growth in the digital banking sector, and I am always looking for new opportunities to improve processes and deliver value to our customers.
