As Vice President Internal Communications & Corporate Events at GEA, I have the unique opportunity to lead an international team of very skilled individuals that share the same vision of a people focused and engaging internal communications approach. We concentrate on strategy communication - tailored for our various stakeholder groups, a clear channel setup and state of the art live and virtual events to provide an employee experience that is 100 percent in line with our brand and purpose. After joining TK Elevator as Head of Internal Communications of the Business Unit Europe Africa and my following role as Internal Communications Specialist for the global (former thyssenkrupp group) Business Area Elevator Technology, I acted as strategic advisor and implementation driver for our diverse business in the field of Change & Transformation COMs demands. In 2019, I had the opportunity and pleasure to act as Communications Senior Manager to the CEO and the new established Management Board at the Operating Unit BBNI (British Isles, BeNeLux, Nordics, Italy) with headquarters in Capelle aan den IJssel,(Rotterdam area), the Netherlands. In my previous job as Communications Manager for the innovative and well-established company TRAFINEO, joint venture of BP and Circle K - former Statoil Fuel & Retail - and international road toll specialist, I could create and implement the organizational communications structures of this developing company and its relevant stakeholder network. Until December 2014, I was member of the Edelman Corporate Communications and Marketing team for the clients Shell and euroShell, focusing on Product PR/Marketing, Media Relations (Press Office) and International Project Management. This was my professional highlight in the COMs business area of international top-level consulting as a communications expert. Until October 2013, I was part of Ketchum Pleon's Corporate Communications, Media Relations and CSR practice. Additionally, I had the honor to support Prof. Dr. Joachim Klewes, the industry-wide known pioneer in the field of professional Communications Consulting. Prior to joining Ketchum Pleon in Düsseldorf, I was employed at Ketchum Pleon Belgium, supporting clients such as several Directorate-Generals of the European Commission.
