I was a Senior Civil Servant in the UK and Australia who helped pioneer the digitalisation of government services and led large-scale customer operations. I completed an Executive MBA at Cass Business School in 2014, a top 40 globally ranked business school, specialising in strategy, digital and entrepreneurship.
