About Daniel Segundo

I began my career is Hospitality as a freshman in college, working full time on top of attending classes full time. I believe these years were key in my growth - teaching me to be organized, dedicated, and developing a work ethic at a young age. During my time as an Operations Director for a non-profit, I was able to build and lead a team of 300+ volunteers. These years taught me the importance of influence & leadership, as the people I led were on a volunteer basis. It developed a sense of purpose in my personal life, then being able to translate that to others. Through my career, I have learned successful businesses and organizations start from within. I am a firm believer in healthy businesses having a centric focus on efficient internal operations - in turn driving sales & revenue in their competitive market. As most of my career has been around Hospitality, I focus on customer satisfaction and quality service, being intentional with each interaction and opportunity.
