About Daniel Senic

I moved to Portland Oregon in 2009 and found employment with an IBM owned subsidiary that specializes in servicing mortgages for Fannie Mae. Much of my job at IBM involved interaction with distressed homeowners in need of assistance to save their homes from foreclosure. I worked there until April 2017 but considered becoming self employed in 2016. To advance my goal of self employment, I earned a Notarial Commission and became a Notary Public for the State of Oregon. I also obtained certification through the National Notary Association and became a Certified Mobile Notary Signing Agent to facilitate loan document signings. I want to expand on my previous experience where I supported existing homeowners that wanted to save their homes and now assist people in becoming new homeowners. To achieve this, I started working as an office manager at Phoenix Group Real Estate to gain hands-on experience while completing the required education for a real estate agent license. I have been fully licensed for some time now and continue working part time as an office manager. My interests are in green building, renewable energy, sustainability, environmental stewardship and supporting locally owned businesses.
