About Daniel Sersen

I am a hard-working and dedicated professional who has a passion for excellence in everything I do. I live my life and lead my team by the golden rule: do unto others as you would have them do unto you. I started my career interning in the mail room and screening phone calls for the sales team at one of the nation’s premiere healthcare sharing ministries. From there, I worked my way up through various roles in the same organization, developing and honing skills in customer support, sales, data management, process improvement, professional development, people management, and leadership. I am blessed to now lead a diverse and high-performing team of negotiating professionals, that I built from the ground up, that are charged with maintaining the organization’s medical-spend financial solvency. Nothing substitutes for common sense, hard work, honesty, integrity, and not forgetting to have a little bit of fun along the way.
