Looking for Avaya L2 and L3 Position Job role, Main product would be CM, CMS, AWFOS, Avaya Cloud, AWE, CMS, SMGR, Nice etc. These are my Responsibilities- AVAYA WORKFORCE ENGAGEMENT MANAGEMENT CREATING MACD PROVIDING 24*7 SUPPORT TO INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION. PROVIDE SUPPORT TO MORE THAN 10 LOCATIONS AT VARIOUS COUNTRIES Working in a call center environment of Avaya. Handling Avaya CM Server, SBC server, AES Server remotely. Handling Avaya AWFOS server for call recordings Checking AWFOS settings in case of missing call recordings. Creating/Editing vectors based on various process requirements. Announcement upload. Managing AWFOS server for recorded call management and user management. Adding/removing/configuring Avaya IDs in CM, CMS, AWFOS. Configuring Agent IDs and Extensions for Call recording in AWFOS. Configuring Avaya OneX Communicator using H.323 protocol Setting up toll free numbers as per given DNIS. Managing VDNs, hunt groups, CMS supervisor.
