Flexible, experienced applied economist with 25 years experience in government and 6 years in teaching, capable of handling theoretical and empirical issues. Have written, presented, and published or posted theoretical, applied, and econometric papers, both alone and with others. Experienced in industrial organization theory, applied economics, antitrust analysis, statistical and econometric analysis. Knowledgeable in communications issues that the FCC deals with, including wireline and wireless telephony, TV, radio, mobile wireless spectrum, cable TV, media markets, satellites, and international submarine cables. Work closely with other team members on projects, including economists, attorneys, and engineers. Have scientific background, am comfortable in dealing with most engineering issues and determining their impact on the economic analysis.
