About Daniel Silvasich

15 years' experience in Automotive, specialising in Aftersales with a sound knowledge of business and IT. My passion is technology, data and analytics and how they can deliver tailored solutions to ultimately grow clients Aftersales business. My career started with Mercedes-Benz with the last 6 years working as a successful Product manager managing multiple related service product launches to market at a national level, whilst utilisation digital enablers (systems and data) to drive penetration and sales of service in Australia. I have extensive experience working with other business units and teams across the business either locally or globally to help deliver on KPIs in the market. I am now currently in a consulting role where I lead, develop and deliver a broad range of solutions to clients with varying needs within Aftersales over a large region within Middle-East, Asia, Africa and in Australia. I'm involved in creating solutions, presenting them to customers, identifying business opportunities, and implementing programs at market level in line with the objectives of all OEMs. Additionally, I lead the development and pilot new products, services and future technology so that OEMs can leverage their business and transform it with current and future technology such as EVs and other sustainable technologies.
