About Daniel Silver

Daniel diligently prepares cases to advocate for his clients rights by blending his investigative background from his criminal law experience with his knowledge of family and marital law. Daniel R. Silver joined the law firm of Gautier & Hasty, P.L, as an associate in March, 2011. He has been a member of the Florida Bar in good standing since October, 2003 and is also licensed to practice law in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida. Daniel graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 2003, cum laude, and earned his Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Miami School of Business in cum laude. After being admitted to the Florida Bar, Daniel began his legal career practicing criminal defense in both state and federal court from 2004-2008. Thereafter, he began practicing marital and family law and gained experience at two AV-rated law firms before joining the law firm of Gautier & Hasty, P.L. Daniel is the past President of the First Family Law Inns of Court, a member of the National Advocates and a Fellow of the National Association of Distinguished Counsel.
