About Daniel Silverberg

Photography portfolio: I'm a commercial and editorial photographer specializing in product, lifestyle, and portrait photography. My work has been featured by evo, Recreational Equipment, Inc.(REI), The Wall Street Journal, Outside Magazine, the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History, Mountain Safety Research (MSR), Therm-a-Rest, Fly Fisherman Magazine, The Flyfish Journal, and the Fly Fishing Film Tour, among others. I treat the production process as a team sport and thrive when problem-solving in creative collaboration. Throughout my work, I have had amazing opportunities to partner with inspiring photographers, stylists, creative & art directors, designers, producers, project managers, merchants & buyers, digital technicians, editors & retouchers, models, teammates, and friends in order to realize creative visions and create gorgeous images. I studied commercial photography at Seattle Central Creative Academy and the University of Washington. I received a bachelors degree from the University of Southern California, majoring in International Relations and Global Business, which led to a prior career in management and technology consulting. My career as a consultant specialized in Business Intelligence analytics, data modeling, and Enterprise Data Warehouse solutions. I worked with fast-growing Fortune 500 firms in telecommunications, high-tech manufacturing, software, health care, education, finance, retail, and non-profit. My consulting experience opened a world of problem-solving opportunities that continue to provide insight and perspective on my work today.
