My strong experience in people coaching, project management, and call center workforce planning has allowed me to develop a diverse set of skills that will make me invaluable to any team. I am skilled in managing large lines of businesses, achieving stakeholder satisfaction, and overall performance management. I was part of the forefront of organizing and managing successful remote work across multiple time zones and countries with both internal staffing and Business Partner Operations (BPO). My demonstrated skills additionally include hiring diverse teams of individuals, extensive project planning, handling sensitive information, employee training, and career development coaching. My leadership skills have fostered the growth of my teams, allowing for creative solutions, and fostering new ideas to remove roadblocks through the effective use of open and honest coaching, feedback, and overall communication policies including asking reports to hold me accountable and constructively challenge ideas and directions if the “why” is not clear. I live by a credence that it is often better to over communicate in as many forms as possible to foster this inclusive and safe environment. These include projects that affect over internal staff, millions of dollars of salary usage, and involved stakeholders from executive leadership, financial, legal, human resource, and operations based teams.
