Background

About Daniel Smadar

International worker who loves to interact with different cultures and within different business habits. During my various opportunities to study and work abroad I developed a strong sense for doing business with people from all over the world. In this role, I love to take initiative and to find the best solution in difficult work environments with limited monetary capacity and under time pressure. I have strong analytical skills that helped me fulfilling my duties at Commerzbank AG as the (former) youngest Retail Banking Advisor in the company history and during my study job as Controller at holidu GmbH. In combination with my talkactive nature and cultural competence, I feel the most comfortable working within a success-oriented team. Here, I like to take responsibility and lead my team members to success. Traveling and politics are my private passions. Until today I have visited 51 different countries in four continents and every climate zone, including arctic tundra, desert, jungle and mountains. In my duty as Delegate for the University of Applied Sciences Munich in the Study Representatives State Conference I worked on new legislations for students in Bavaria and helped the students to develop a strong and united voice in the political process.
