As a seasoned Market Leader with 20 years of experience, I have led and executed a diverse range of projects across corporate interiors, healthcare, industrial, education, and hospitality sectors. My expertise in effective communication, cost controls, site logistics, and navigating complex scheduling has been crucial in delivering high-impact projects that drive growth and efficiency. I have managed significant projects such as the corporate headquarters for MetLife Charlotte SF), Barings SF), and Honeywell Charlotte SF). In the energy sector, I’ve led over 30 projects for Duke Energy across North and South Carolina, including the construction of a SF facility at Duke Newport and a SF renovation at the Carolina CAT facility in Asheville. I’m particularly proud of my contributions to educational facilities, including the renovation of UNCA’s Southwood Dorm and a refresh project at Montreat College, both requiring detailed planning to meet the specific needs of these institutions. My portfolio features impactful projects in the hospitality sector, such as the Westin Charlotte guest room refresh (600+ rooms), and numerous healthcare renovations for Asheville Cardiology Associates and 15 projects to date with Mission Hospital. These projects highlight my commitment to quality and precision. In managing skilled teams, I excel at leveraging diverse talents to achieve project goals and drive success. Originally from Hickory, North Carolina, I’m now fortunate to raise my two children with my wife in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina. The strong community spirit here influences both my personal life and professional approach. I’m proud to call this area home and to contribute to its growth through my work. I hold a BS in Civil Engineering/Construction Management from NC State University and certifications as a LEED AP and OSHA 30. Outside of work, I enjoy fly fishing, hiking and coaching kids' sports.
