I have a master's degree in technology business, with a focus on financial technology and analytics, which gives me an edge in understanding and adapting to the changing needs and preferences of the market. I am currently a senior business development manager and team lead at HSBC Life Singapore, one of the leading life insurance providers in the region. In my current role, I am responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow and retain the FA partnership business. I also lead and mentor a team of business development executives, ensuring that they deliver high-quality service and achieve their sales targets.
