For the past eight years, I've been an integral part of the Burns Harbor facility, working with both ArcelorMittal and Cleveland-Cliffs. Currently, I hold the position of Millwright and Safety Team Member at Cleveland-Cliffs Burns Harbor 80" Hot Mill. With a strong background in safety, I've spearheaded initiatives aimed at ensuring the well-being of our team members and the integrity of our operations. Over the past year, I've been leading a project to reformat all of the Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures at the Burns Harbor Hot Mill, enhancing efficiency and compliance with safety standards. I'm passionate about creating a safe work environment and continuously improving processes to mitigate risks and optimize productivity.
